How Long Will it Take to Receive my Items?

Lewt has staff delivering Diablo 2 items 24/7, 365 days a year! We pride ourselves on our ultra fast delivery times. Delivery time ranges anywhere from 5 minutes for smaller orders to an hour for large orders placed during our busiest times. Most orders will be delivered in under 30 minutes. If you do not receive your order within 2 hours, something may be wrong. First, check your bulk/junk mail folder to make sure our email isn't getting trashed. If you don't find anything there, please contact us via Live Chat to find out what the problem is.

2.

How Will my Items be Delivered to me?

Lewt delivers all Diablo 2 orders via mule account.  We create a new account for each order and put the items for that order on that account.  We then email the customer with the mule account's username and password.  The customer can then access that mule account to retrieve the items.  For PayPal payments, this mule account information is emailed to the primary email address on the payor's PayPal account.  This is done as a security precaution.

3.

What is a Mule Account?

Mule accounts are accounts used solely for the purpose of storing items.  Generally, mule characters have not been permed and will expire after 10 days if not logged into.  For this reason it is imperative that you recover your items from the mule account within this timeframe.  Lewt delivers all its Diablo 2 orders via mule account.  If you need help transferring the items from your order's mule account, please come to our live chat support and a friendly rep will be glad to help you move your items safely.

4.

How do I Transfer the Items to my Character from the Mule Account?

There are a few ways that this can be done.  They are listed below in the order of safety:

1.  Contact us via our 24/7 Live Chat Support and we will personally assist you in transferring the items in a game.  We will access your order's mule account and meet you in a game.  You need only enter the game with your play character and accept the items in trade from us.

2.  If you have 2 computers and 2 copies of Diablo 2, you'll be able to transfer the items from the mule account to your play character by yourself.  Be sure that you actually open a trade window and transfer the items that way.  Dropping the items on the ground for the other character to pick up is very risky.

3.  If you have a trustworthy friend who plays the game, you may have them access your mule account for you and trade the items to you.  Do NOT trust random people you have met on Battle.net to help you transfer your valuable items.  Get someone you know and trust or don't use this method at all.  Always access the mule account yourself to verify all the items you ordered are there prior to giving the mule account info to your friend.

Do NOT under any circumstances drop items on the ground while transferring.  Diablo 2 deletes items that have been sitting on the ground for too long.  You also run the risk of the game crashing or you losing your internet connection in the middle of a transfer.  If your items were on the ground when this happened, it is highly likely that your items will be lost for good.  Lewt does not replace items lost during transfer for any reason.  If you are at all unsure about transferring the items on your own, please contact our 24/7 Live Chat Support for free assistance in transferring your items.

5.

You Don't Sell the Item I'm Looking for. Can I put in a Request?

Definitely!  If you don't see the item you want, just ask.  We have over a million items in our inventory.  Chances are we've got what you're looking for.

6.

Can I Buy Items on One Realm and Use Them on Another?

No.  Items are not interchangeable between realms.  A Hardcore character cannot use Softcore items and vice versa.  USWest Characters cannot use USEast or Europe items; Ladder characters cannot use non-Ladder items; Classic characters cannot use Expansion items.  A character may only use items that exist on the same realm as it does.  While you're shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the appropriate realm.  If you don't know which realm your character is on, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you figure it out.

7.

Why are Some Items so Expensive?

Comparatively, items today are pretty cheap. 4 years ago some items were worth over $1000 a piece!  As is the case in most markets, supply and demand determine price.  You may find items slightly cheaper at other, less reputable websites but in the end you get what you pay for.  If you want the best service, fastest delivery and best selection, buy from Lewt.

8.

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

If you are interested in making a single purchase for over $500 and you're willing to pay by cash, US Postal money order or Western Union, we may be able to offer you a special discount.  Please contact us for further details.

9.

Do you Buy or Trade Items?

We currently do not buy nor trade items from players. If we are looking for any perticular items we will place a notice on the News section of our main page.

10.

Can I work for Lewt as a Magic Finder or Trader?

We get many requests from skilled magic finders and traders to work for us.  Unfortunately, we can't hire everybody.  At this time we are not hiring for any Diablo 2 positions.  If you think you have an invaluable skill that we shouldn't be without, feel free to make your case.  If we ever are publicly hiring in the future, there will be a notice about it on the front page of the site.

11.

What Are Duped or Unperm Items?

Unperm is just a nicer way of saying "duped".  The word "dupe" is short for "duplicate".  If an item is said to be "duped", this means that it has been duplicated, or copied.  In the past there have existed exploits in the Diablo 2 game that allowed players to copy items.  Blizzard wittingly added a scan to check for these illegitimate items and delete them.  There are ways to reduce the liklihood of your items being deleted by The Scan but no method is 100% safe.  Lewt cannot offer replacements for lost unperm items.  The upside to duped items is that they are usually many times cheaper than their legit counterparts.  A legit 40ed/15ias jewel might be worth upwards of $100, but a duped one could go for as little as $4.00.  Most players feel that the price savings in duped items outweighs the risk.

12.

Are the Items You Sell Duped?

Unless otherwise noted, all items on this site, including Runes and SOJs, are legit!  Duped items will be noted "Not Perm".  Special care should be taken with these items.

13.

How Can I Protect my Duped Items from The Scan?

 1. Don't carry duped items around with you from game to game. Keep them on a character you don't often use until you're ready to use them.

2. Trade-Cancel immediately before you leave every game. Opening a tradescreen with another player and closing it will remove deletion flags from your items. Deletion flags may be reapplied to your item if you do not leave immediately after doing this.

3. If your duped item is a Rune or Jewel, simply put it in a socket. It will be forever permanent and as good as legit, whether it's duped or not.

14.

What is this Hybrid runeword I keep hearing about?

Hybrid runewords are very much like they sound: a combination of Runewords. The non-rune stats from the first RW item are applied to the rune-only stats of the second for unbelievably godly combination. Let's take a look at an example. Splendor of Rhyme is a hybrid of Rhyme and Splendor. Because Splendor is the first word, its non-rune stats will carry over and stack with those of the runes used to make Rhyme. See below.

Splendor yields these stats:
+1 To All Skills
+10% Faster Cast Rate
+20% Faster Block Rate
+60-100% Enhanced Defense (varies)
+10 To Energy
Regenerate Mana 15%
50% Extra Gold From Monsters
20% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
+3 To Light Radius

The stats below are excluded because they are from the runes:
Eth: Regenerate Mana 15%
Lum: +10 To Energy

These stats are added in their place:
Shael: 20% Faster Block Rate
Eth: Regenerate Mana 15%

Additionally, you'll notice the level requirement for the item is set by the runes of the second word. In this case, that's a lower requirement down to 29 versus Splendor's 37.

Are there any limits for the awesome coupons and special offers Lewt is offering?

While we do reserve the right to limit the use of any of the coupons and special offers in anyway we see fit, it's not something the average customer should worry about! It only really becomes an issue if our stock of an item is running very low, which does not happen very often.
